- ADAshley DaviesOct 1, 20262.0I brought my cat here concerned about a wound on the back of his ear. His ear was quite raw, he got the wound cleaned, an antibiotic shot and he went home. After a few days I noticed my cat was shaking his head and seemed uncomfortable still so I brought him to Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic where they immediately said its very common that these kind of ear wounds are self inflicted from scratching ear mites. They ordered an ear swab and sure thing it was ear mites. It is disappointing that Banfield didnt offer to test his ears or know to check that based on symptoms. I hate to think he was uncomfortable longer because they missed it. 😭

- ZKZenaijah KizeeJun 20, 20265.0Very thorough experience. Friendly service
- NHNicole HuntMay 27, 20261.0They charged me 2x and the manager Harley could not help me and referred me to the corporate office or my bank so I had to contact the fraud department who got my money back. I have a small Caryn Terrier. We had to take our dog because we believe she became sick at Petsmart's Pethotel where she stayed a couple of weeks prior.
- PAPhoebe AshMay 22, 20255.0Staff always so kind to my challenging animals. Rocky is a bull terrier and is tough to control. Baby Bee is a barker and wants to take every dog on like she the Queen Bee. Grateful to have such a caring group!

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
