We are so grateful to Dr Erb and that he was able to identify our dog’s eye issue that had been misdiagnosed by two other offices. He prescribed special eye drops and it’s made a huge difference for our dog.
- KKKrystle KiloJul 19, 20265.0Dr. Erb is AMAZING!!! He has a special gift with animals - especially the ones who are timid and scared. I have a female Chihuahua who has PTSD and is a bit of a diva. She doesn't like new people in her bubble space, but something with Dr. Erb she was calm and understood he was there to help her. Dr. Erb saved her life due to his knowledge, years of expertise and so understanding- he suggested emergency surgery for my girl pup. He was kind, extra understanding, gentle when she had to have an ultrasound, and eventually removal of her stiches. Michelle, Devon and Sara are so incredibly kind, considerate and caring. Dana is awesome and is patient and understanding as well. I can't thank them enough for being so understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Forrest is also very helpful with her patience, understanding and will to be of service. I am grateful for Dr. Erb and Dr. Forrest. To Dr. Erb: Thank you SO VERY MUCH for saving my pup's life! I am forever grateful and words are not enough. You have a magic skill with animals and blessed. It is undeniable why you do what you do....thank you so much!!!! If anyone is thinking or wondering about this team- they are great!!! No pressure but just understanding and provide you with facts and don't push medications on your pet, which is also why I appreciate their practice. Incredible and reliable with amazing knowledge. They are allnat different ages and stages and all trquire individualized care, notna 1 size fits all situation. His staff was very personable and made us feel valued as a customer and didnt treat us like just a number. Hope to continue using this clinic for many years to come.
