- LMlacey moss5 days ago5.0Dr Erb was very down to earth and took his time with all 3 of my dogs to understand the needs of each. They are allnat different ages and stages and all trquire individualized care, notna 1 size fits all situation. His staff was very personable and made us feel valued as a customer and didnt treat us like just a number. Hope to continue using this clinic for many years to come.

- JMJack MeekApr 29, 20261.0We have trusted Animal Health Services for over 10 years and have brought multiple St. Bernards there. Up until recently, the care from Dr. Cory Erb and the team was thoughtful and helped extend our dog Champ’s life well beyond expectations. He is now 14 years and 3 months old. Champ has been on a long-term prescription for pain and inflammation that has kept him comfortable and mobile enough to enjoy his final years. At his age and size, getting him into a car is extremely difficult and stressful for him. When we recently called to renew his medication, we were met with a receptionist named Sarah who was shockingly rude. She insisted we bring Champ in for blood work and a full visit or she would not process the refill. We explained clearly that this is not feasible given his age and condition. Her response was dismissive. She told us “too bad,” refused to let us speak to the vet, and hung up on us. We called back hoping to reach someone else. Instead, we got the same person. She again refused to help, told us to find a new vet or a mobile vet, and hung up a second time. This is not a policy issue. This is a breakdown in basic compassion and professionalism. After 10 years of loyalty, to be treated this way while trying to care for a 14-year-old dog is unacceptable. We are now forced to find a new provider during an already difficult time.
