  This Petco sold me an infected clown tang. Died less then 12 hours. I spent $337 on saltwater fish the ones are fine (for now). Manger Jesse was very rude didn’t seem to care at all, kept repeating they don’t have returns on saltwater fish nor will he do store credit. Wouldn’t give advice how to treat my tank.

  Almost all of the betta fish were poorly taken care of, dying or already dead.. Absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable they should not be allowed to sell sick/ dying fish they should be marked down when brought to the counter and given away as “adopted/ surrendered”.

  We had such a great experience at Petco for Lily’s first vaccines! This was our first time navigating the process, and everyone we spoke with did an amazing job explaining everything, answering our questions, and helping ease our minds. We truly appreciated how patient and reassuring everyone was. The wait was a little longer than expected — even with an appointment, we waited about 30–40 minutes. It was also pretty packed with people and pets, and the space is on the smaller side, but there were plenty of benches available to sit and wait. The vet and vet assistant were both wonderful, and the vet assistant especially went above and beyond with Lily. She was so gentle and caring with her and helped her through the entire process without any issues. You could genuinely tell that she cared about making Lily feel comfortable. Lily is only 7 lbs and very tiny, so I was actually relieved when they recommended spacing out her vaccines instead of giving them all at once. I really appreciated that they considered her size and comfort rather than rushing through everything. They also explained her follow-up visits very clearly, and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, we felt informed, reassured, and well taken care of. I’m so happy with our experience and would definitely recommend them to other pet parents, especially those going through their pet’s first vaccines! 🐾💕

  I was send here from petsmart for my dogs food. I have a prescription im new at this. I asked the lady from the vet area that was there just talking. She told me everything is on that wall. I was like okay. I couldn't find the wet one so I found a employee same. She told me everything is on that wall. They can't even show you or try to help you. Where's the costumer service here. Is like we're bothering them. The gentleman that was the cashier was nice.I believe his name was Hector. I thank you. ( I usually give $10 gift cards for Starbucks to people that take the time to help me ) but not here.
