  I had the worst experience at Vetco. I felt like I was being overcharged for everything, and my concerns about my dog were dismissed based on his weight rather than being taken seriously. What concerned me most was that the focus seemed to be on adding more services and charges instead of addressing the actual issues my dog was experiencing. I even asked the doctor to review his file, but she seemed confused about his history and needs. That was extremely concerning to me as a pet owner. I don’t understand why I should have to spend $300–$400 when I don’t feel confident that the veterinarian understands my dog’s needs or is truly listening to my concerns. Unfortunately, I will never return to Vetco, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to other pet owners.

  I had an appointment for grooming 10am today. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it. I called to reschedule and the staff were ridiculously rude and screaming on the phone to get there no later than 12 in the afternoon. I got to the place before noon. And the staff rudely told me that I’ve never called. I just wanted to reschedule and I know I was in the wrong for missing the appointment. But the staff can fix their attitude.

  Poor baby conure, at 4 months old, had NO WATER or FOOD in its bowl for 6 hours. I bought it to the MANAGERS ATTENTION and she said he had just arrived at 2:00 this afternoon. It was 8:00 p.m. she also stated that they have a lot of animals to take care of. There is a staff 12 hours a day and nobody can take PROPER CARE of 50 animals at the max? REALLY. I did not include fish because they're separate from mammals. The food they gave him was either parakeet or cockatiel..... IT IS A $1,400 CONURE and they offer him improper food which he cannot eat. I went back 24 hours later and the poor bird still hadn't eaten. You make the decision if they deserve your hard earned dollars and business.

  This place never has anything I need nor do they properly do their job by taking care of their fish! I waited about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come grab fish for me then had to go all the way to the front to get someone then asked for two golden dojos and he was trying to question me about my tank but was giving me wrong information saying they only get 6 inches 🤨 didn’t even listen when I said the fish are jumpers and the fish came flying out and he struggled to pick it up 😒 then asked for 10 small goldfish and he then scooped up a ton and was holding them in the scoop dropping them in and completely ripped the babies fins😒 oh and to top it alll off their loaches are now showing signs of ick disease… do better PETSMART we expect more from you and so do the animals !

  Cashier was so friendly and helpful when answering questions they're having an ice cream event for doggos you have to bring your dog for a scoop and I asked if I had to bring him inside the store cuz he's not socialized but he likes pup cups and I want him to be apart of it without disrupting other customers and they're furbabies . She said I could still bring him inside real quick or I could take it out to him I told her I could air jail him to the door cuz he's a weenie dog and she laughed said either way is fine and thanked me for thinking of others. There was a line behind us but we were quick and to the point in the most friendliest manner. I enjoy coming to Petco for my dog's needs. I have the premier plan so I save a lot with points and they're events are just a plus. Thank you for being understanding and including my pup on his socialization journey! Oh we come here specifically for the Nulo weight management dog food and they always have it in stock
