- KWKimbra WoodMay 30, 20265.0Vetco in Rogers, AR was open on Memorial Day morning, and I was so thankful as my dog had an ear infection that presented overnight. The veterinarian on duty was very thorough in her examination, did a cytology analysis, and clearly explained how to administer the medication she prescribed and had it ready to go home with us, with written instructions too. I was so thankful to have my dog cared for when almost every other veterinary service in NWA was closed. The next morning I had an unrelated question about something new on my dog's face, so I took a photo of it and called Vetco again. The veterinarian on duty had me email the photo in to him, and in a few minutes he gave me a veterinary analysis of it. This certainly built good will in my opinion of Vetco, and I won't hesitate to take my dog back!
