  The dr was scared of my shephard and wanted me to take him out to my hot car, before she came to talk to us. I refused, she sat in the corner at the door and didn't move. I'm sorry but if a growling dog that is out of his element surrounded by strangers, spooks you. You are in the wrong profession.

  The very BEST doctors and staff i have ever been to! it was such a great experience from the day i walked in Petco to get diapers for my dog that had a bleeding tumor. I didnt realize that they had a pet hospital and the lady at the front desk of petco said you need to talk to our vet here at vetco and that is where this wonderful journey began. Chris was at the front desk he is so super wonderful and helped me talked to me with concern about my pet, I made an appointment and was assigned Dr. Runge, OMG all i can say is that she was the "Guardian Angel" for my little dog that was suffering. I have to mention Sarah another little angel that loves the pets and cared for my pet and immediately jumped to help in any way. I meant with other staff and everyone was so amazing i cant believe how much they are genuinely concerned about pets and their love for the animals. I havent ever experienced such a wonderful experience and i am not just saying this but i have been to some rather not to trusting vet's its a long story but please take my word this is the place to take your animals for "TRUE CARE". I meant with Dr. Chen the 2nd visit and she made me feel so comfortable about the survey my dog was going to have. He is a 10 year old maltipoo with a large mass on his behind and i have been so worried because literly none of the other vet's would even attempt to do the surgery you would not believe what i had been through trying to get him the surgery he needed. GOD put me i truely believe with Dr. Runge she is so gentle, so professional and knowledgable and immediately put me at ease about the surgery and she would be able to do the surgery for him. The surgery was done yesterday the staff updated me by text with his care and let me know he was doing good and the surgery went well, kept me updated through the day until i was able to pick him up. They did a WONDERFUL job on him he was neutered and did the mass removal it was more than i expected from the past about all the bad information about how difficult and no one would attempt it. Thank you Dr. Runge you are so amazing and I known GOD will bless you and keep blessing you for helping and taking care of the little animals! Always will be grateful for you!!!!!!!!

  The people at Vetco are very nice. From the moment we walked in until the time we left they kept me updated about my fur babies condition. They were thorough and very understanding of his condition. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for helping my fur baby get better.
