- RGRut GarciaSep 7, 20263.0Sam is amazing and always leaves Beau looking so handsome! I would give FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Sam alone!!! He is very kind and Beau seems to love him! Beau is such an anxious dog and needs patience and Sam always makes sure Beau gets the correct care! He does an amazing job trimming his nails. BUT on the other hand, Julie is unprofessional. I went to drop off Beau for his grooming appointment with Sam, and Julie attended to us. First of all, when we first walked in there was another dog leaving and she seemed to be smiling while returning that dog to their owner. When she saw we were next in line with Beau, her smile faded and she seemed annoyed with Beau’s presence. While she was checking us in, she made passive aggressive comments about how Beau is difficult and he’s uncooperative about getting his nails trimmed. I think that was very uncalled for and UNPROFESSIONAL. She said he does way better with Sam. Honestly, if Beau seems happier with Sam, what does that say about her character and treatment of my dog in the past?! Sam will always get my respect and money!!! I appreciate his kindness and patience for my anxious pup.

They're literally overflowing into other aisles and shelves because there is no room for the sheer quantity of betta fish. The fish are always in such a sorry state. Management needs to knock it off with whatever inadequacy that is causing the good fishkeeping employees quit. Not a good look when an entire section of your store reeks with the stench of dead fish almost constantly.
