  My wife and I took our dog, Elsa, for a six week training course, The trainer, Cameron Hastings did a terrific job! He was patient and friendly and Elsa responded very well to the training. We would like to thank him for all his help and thank Petco for providing a welcoming space for the training. The store is tidy and the employees are friendly and helpful! We would recommend Cameron to anyone seeking dog training!

  Me and my husband wanted to adopt a kitten around 5 and was told by a manager that they didn’t do adoptions past 4 but to come in next morning which we did and kitten was sold and paperwork showed kitten was adopted after we had left. The manager lied to us and prevented us from adopting that kitten. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

  I will never go back there again I bought two goldfish and they were sick and died the same day they sold me bad fish without telling me or my wife that the fish was sick then I called then just for them to tell me that the fish was sick they should have have everyone they money back that bought they fish so please be careful buying anything from them

  I bought multiple Wholehearted squeezable treats and meal toppers only to find out when I arrived home that they were “Best Before December 28th, 2025.” Not sure how they are still on the shelfs for sale in May 2026
