  The workers made us feel like we weren't good enough to buy the iguana. Asking a whole lot of questions and the way they were asking made us fee very uncomfortable! Not good customer service.

  Found a baby gecko at work and "rescued" him from the closing crew. Took him to Theo for advice. She is SO knowledgeable! Told me exactly what to feed him, how to set up his cage, and how to care for him. Now, several weeks later, he's happy and thriving. Checked in with her again to see what else he may need as he gets older. Again, she had great advice for helping him continue to grow and thrive. Kudos to PetCo for hiring experts like Theo!!!

  I oftentimes pick up wet cat food here. I’m always grateful when they have the products in stock that I need. Only four stars because they are frequently out of stock on the products I go in store to buy. Also, there is oftentimes no one at the register when you are standing there to pay. The staff member is off doing something else in the store, so you just stand there until they decide to come back to the register to check you out.

  Cashier was a bit "spacey." He counted out the money given to him wrong & refunded me $5. We recounted & I gave it back to cover cost of items. He then forgot to give me my change back before closing the drawer.
