- MSMaurice ShepherdOct 9, 20261.0This is honestly one of the worst vet clinics I’ve ever dealt with. I called to get my dog seen for an ear infection, but they claimed no vet was available all week. Then, they "magically" had someone available to give him a $260 allergy shot because the receptionist guessed that was the issue. Every time I call, they only care about money and pushing their useless wellness plan, but a vet never actually wants to see him. That plan covers nothing, and it feels like they only care about your wallet, not your pet. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Please take your business somewhere where they’ll actually take care of your dog.

Didn't provide an invoice, then called and threaten to send us to collection less then 7days without giving us an invoice for services. Because there comp. Where down at time of exam. Couldn't take payment at time of exam or over phone. Which required us to make an additional trip to settle bill. Didn't even fully exam the dog, sent us home to collect fecal and charged us anyway with out testing. Worst vet service.+ loose dogs as we are leaving without staff doing anything. Also put us in a room for 1hr after exam. Waiting to get flea and tick prevent. Then couldn't provide any paperwork. If you care for your dog don't go to Banfield /Petco Financial Parkway, Little Rock.

- OJOlivia JudkinsAug 22, 20261.0I booked an appointment for today to get my dog a rabies shot and when I got there they told me they actually didn’t have any appointments available and that I should’ve called to make sure because the website lets you book an appointment even if there are none available. I don’t know why it’s my fault y’all’s website isn’t working, but I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and now I have to find somewhere else to get the shot. Please fix your website or atleast add a note saying your website is not working correctly.
- SHShanica HartleyAug 18, 20261.0Took my pet here due to him hurting his leg. Appt at 10:30 sat in a room until 11:30. A person came in to ask if we’ve been seen. Clearly we hadn’t. They took him back only for me to hear someone telling him shut up. I’m not very happy with this place.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
