It was ready when I arrived and took about 5 minutes from pulling into parking lot to pulling out. It has met our needs fabulously! Covered her incision so she can't pick and nibble at it. She has healed just fine!

When I approached another employee, they also redirected me. This continued multiple times, and one employee even told me it would take a long time and that I had already been waiting too long. In the end, no one was willing to help me. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
