- MEMelissa's EducationalSep 30, 20261.0I contacted this store by phone, to inquire about the details on whether or not they had a teddy bear hamster in stock, the gender, coloration and price. The character (which was a guy), that answered the phone was extremely rude, hateful and short, verbally, refusing to give any information over the phone, stating that is was corporate policy not to give out information over the phone. When I contacted corporate I was informed that this was completely inaccurate and that the sales associate should have given me any information that I needed which would assist me in whether or not I should make the hour and a half drive that I need to to make the purchase which was the original reason for asking the questions to begin with very disappointed in the behavior of this associate so disgusted that I will never visit this store and don't feel very confident in PetSmart and I am a pet perks member but maybe in the future discontinuing that and moving to a different pet store for my supplies.
