  Cass was a vary rude cashier. all I wanted to do was return a cat tower that was to small for my cat. She gave attitude the entire time instead of just doing the return and getting it over with. If i could give negative stars I would.

  I am only giving them a One-Star. I have several adult bearded dragons that are a part of my family, I love them very much. And I use the pet stores around here for when I need to fill in and get superworms or mealworms for them, when I don't have time to get them through the mail. And we just moved to Jonesboro like 8 months ago and I have been in there several times and maybe out of say eight times only once have I found them to have a good worm selection, & NOT containers with dead worms in them or mostly dead. I don't know whether I'm going on the wrong days or times. But almost every time I have went to get insects worms, the selection is really SHITTY. I don't know the reason for this whether it is that they're not rotating them or putting too much out & they end up dying. I'll even go as far as to say my opinion is the prices for this kind of stuff or any of it is too high. Crickets are the most ridiculously priced! 17 or 18 cents a piece I think it is it may be more now. Before we moved to Jonesboro I was raising my own mealworms super worms and crickets I cannot do that now because I am not in a place that I can. And going online to order them isn't always an option for me, so I rely pretty heavily on the pet shops around here. Maybe it's just that I'm going to bitchy mood today I don't know this is my opinion on this place. If anybody knows a good day to go when a selection is better please let me know. Thank you

  I do not have any pictures of it but the air bump on the goldfish is broken and most of the fish are dead, the manager said she turned it off to force them to eat but she ended up causing them to die

  Aquatic Department- Shout out to Thomas! He was very helpful, informative, and reassuring. He was on top of his department and asked everyone if they needed help. He answered my questions with knowledge and honesty, which I appreciated. He listened when I expressed my concerns, and he offered suggestions. He didnt make me feel like a bad person or a terrible pet owner just because I am experiencing problems with my fish tank and its inhabitants. Thank youThomas!!
