When I approached another employee, they also redirected me. This continued multiple times, and one employee even told me it would take a long time and that I had already been waiting too long. In the end, no one was willing to help me. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

I was wanting new fish me, a couple, and a woman all waited together for 10 minutes. I had to walk to the front and tell them we need assistance.
- SSSamanthaApr 29, 20261.0I was in there yesterday and was looking with my family at the Oranda goldfish one was noticeably dying and being attacked by the other fish as it was on its side I told the girl who was putting up the bettas she said “oh he’s fine and flipped him over” it’s a shame these are the type of people you have working for you. The pets in there are already overpriced and you’re allowing people like that to work for you and handle animals. Shame on you all
