- PPPeyton PlaceAug 11, 20262.0Staff is nice, but the treatment of small animals was absolutely disgusting, in my pedestrian opinion. Also, don't order anything online from these people. I paid $8 for S&H for a $4 toy because I thought we lost my dog's favorite toy- the nightmare it has become is unreal. Just refund my $12. You aren't using it to pay employees or clean your store.
- JBJanice BellAug 8, 20261.0I asked one employee named Chris at the register if they had any training tools for the dog to hit the bells hanging from a door knob to let you know they want to go outside and he said he never heard of such a thing. I asked him how long he had worked at this store and he wouldn't answer me. Then a girl came in the front door and I asked her if they had training bells to hang on the door so a dog would learn to let you know he wanted to go outside and she never heard of anything either and told me that if they had anything like that it would be back on the far corner and pointed to the corner of the store. There was nobody there knowledgeable of what they have and to work in a pet store you really should know what your products are or at least try to go find it for the

- MGMichelle GammillAug 4, 20265.0I absolutely love petco Grooming. I take my poodle "Precious" there every 6 weeks or so. Sarah does a wonderful job keeping her beautiful and clean. The grooing team are very kind. I also enjoy picking up some dog toys and beds. I purchased a fish tank and all the gear including fish. I guess I can say I love all of petco, not just the grooming, but the Groomers really makes this pet store special!!!
