  Had the cat medicine I needed. Very nice woman knew exactly where they were. Another very nice woman at the register helped me sign up for Petco rewards. Oh the meds were cheaper than an online discount store.y visit to this store was a win-win by all standards.

  I don't know how to feel about this place.2 weeks ago I spent $61 on dog food.The same bag today cost seventy five.. Complete and utter BS

  Your app and online order process is a joke! I will never order from you again! I placed an app order to be picked up. After my order was in processing status for hours I called the local pet co for help, they couldn’t see my order. So I called the 800 number and after hours on the phone, still could not get my order processed because of RX, which was current and on my account and I had it in hand. I ended up going to the store and the manager tried to help me but I ended up calling 800 number again and canceling the order and purchased in store just fine w RX. If you are going to offer app and online purchases you need to have a process in place to handle such orders!

  Came in just now, it is 5pm Monday August 31st. Came in with intention to spend good money as I have dogs, cats, and multiple reptiles at home, left with no intention to return to this location. As we were walking around the store we had gotten to the bird section where there was a shorter blonde woman, looked to be around 30-40 and her coworker, harmlessly chatting. As I was standing there, watching their bird Delta, the woman began to go to get the bird out, no apparent reason other than socialization for the bird named Delta. As the bird made an attempt to get away, the lady was unsuccessful in her attempts to retrieve Delta from the cage. As I start to ask questions regarding enclosures they sell, questions about Delta, and other short simple questions a customer service employee should attempt to answer without hesitation, the short blonde woman began to give a very sour attitude. She should have just told me not to speak to her! I was absolutely appalled and ushered my party out of the store. PetSmart will be seeing more of us from here on out. Shame on you guys for poor customer service.
