  Their staff is exceptional!! My dog loves then. I have boarded him while I moved and he came home calm and happy. The veterinary is also great! They really care about the animals. This is the second dog I have take there. Best vet ever!!!

  Caring Vets & staff. Always smiling when we go in, despite the fact that one of my dogs is crazy hyper! Highly recommend!

  West Oaks has provided my little dog the sweetest most attentive care during his recovery from a dog attack. He has a chance to pull through thanks to the healing hands of this clinic. They have answered countless calls and last minute visits during his recovery. I hope you never have to go through this kind of trauma with your dog, but if you do I would completely trust West Oaks for care.

  We had an excellent experience with West Oaks Animal Hospital during my dog’s recent surgery. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me so much peace of mind going into the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and my dog received great care throughout the entire process. The team checked in, provided updates, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat and the families who love them. I’m very grateful for the level of care and attention we received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team.

  So I understand it was not grate circumstances we were a walk in appointment and it was later in the day 3pm and they clearly had a lot going on the only thing I could say is that when someone brings in an elderly dog and you have to tell them that they have a month to live show a little sympathy everyone else in the office was sweet to us but it didn’t make my woman feel any better I get it you don’t care about our dog it’s just some old dog to you and no it’s not required for you to show emotion but I did make sure that we got copies of every test and a list of all the things you told us which was appreciated but if it doesn’t feel like you care about us we will not be coming back to this clinic again
