  Petco is already incredibly over priced. I am a regular customer to multiple petco stores but this particular store is right next to natural grocers where I shop for groceries after work. These guys have a huge problem keeping their store clean and organized. They also have a huge problem keeping items in stock and on shelves. Today is the tenth time I've come to this store and a bunch of the fresh foods for dogs are not in stock and they already have an extremely limited and expensive selection. There was half of the various reptile foods not stocked and no insects except giant roaches and superworms... why does this store have such an issue? This is probably the worst petco I've been to and I've been to several hundred from east to west in 15+ states. Congratulations on being such a terrible store, you fit in with Arkansas well.

  I met Marie at Petco and asked her a question about a dog supply item I was looking for. I showed her a photo of the item, and instead of helping me locate it, she told me to look it up myself and then she could check if they had it in stock. She also scanned one of the bags of food in my cart and asked me to move the other bag for her so she could scan it. Overall, she just seemed very lazy and not really interested in helping me at all. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at this store because everyone else I’ve met here has always been very helpful, friendly, and willing to assist. Unfortunately, my experience with Marie was very different and disappointing.

  Honestly, the experience I had was not satisfactory. 1) I had an appointment at a specific time, but everything was closed. A very rude person came out and told me—in a rather harsh tone—that the business hours were posted on the window; they offered no attention or help and simply went to eat in their car. I sat on the sidewalk waiting for them to open. When the person returned, they still didn't help me or even ask if I needed anything. It was quite disappointing, to be honest. ;( 2) The person who was going to attend to my dog ​​came out, and they were very friendly! We left our dog there; the service was supposed to take 3 to 4 hours, but everything was finished in just 1 hour and 20 minutes. It seemed very fast, and I was impressed. 3) My dog ​​literally came out with dirty ears, and his paws smelled exactly the same as when we dropped him off... 4) There was a small area where the fur was poorly cut, leaving a bald patch, and there were clipper cuts on his belly. I don't think paying $75 is fair given such a bad experience.
