  I used to buy my Orijen cat food and other cat stuff here until I noticed they have at least a hundred poor beta fish sitting in tiny cups of which they only sell a smell portion , so the rest deteriorate and die. They are so sad..Wouldn’t it make sense to just keep a small handful around. .instead of letting the majority suffer and die? I read Petco only sells beywen1-3 a week, do what is the point of this cruel stupidity? This is an unethical practice and I will be spending my money elsewhere until Petco grows some ethics and sustainable, anti-cruelty practices. Even fish deserve a decent life. This is WASTEFUL and CRUEL. DO BETTER, PETCO!

  How does someone like Ashley in grooming at Fayetteville location get a lead or management position? She is unprofessional and doesn't listen to instructions! When you tell someone to NOT cut the facial hair of a dog as short as the body, why would she think it's ok to shave the face off, eyelashes and whiskers too?! She doesn't take accountability for her mistake, instead blames the customer for her not understanding the instructions. David defends his employees' horrible decisions instead of correcting the problem. This is not the Petco I grew up with. They never treated people like this before! Provide some training to your staff so you don't have people avoiding the business because you have staff that don't enjoy working for you and it shows! The only person my wife had any kind of pleasant experience with was Victoria who Ashley thinks is a "baby manager." Save your money and travel to Bella Vista to Cut Above, you won't regret it and your fur baby will love you for it. Don't bother responding (owner) instead invest in some employee training!

  Don't take your dog here unless you want to pick them up bald. They don't listen to instructions and it is very clear they hate their jobs in The grooming department so they are not kind to the dogs. I picked my dog up after having an expression of the anal glands you would think that they would do that before bathing the dog she had crusty poop all over her butt. How does that happen after a wash and a trim? They bait and switch on their prices. Save your money and the heartache of picking your dog up terrified like she's never been before even though she's been groomed her whole life.
