  Lauren has groomed my little cocker spaniel for a while now and always does an amazing job! All of the groomer there was also friendly and help when I’m dropping him off or picking him up. Highly recommend!

  Great place, friendly workers, great prices. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel wanted and appreciated when shopping at their store.

  The young man helped me load my cart with the two large bags of dog food, checked me out quickly and loaded them in my car. He was friendly and gave me exceptional service.

  If I could do 0 stars it would be an Absolute! Not to mention all the business I’ve contributed through my past purchases! I bought a Imagitarium Pro 6.6 kit for my betta on 6/10/2026, I also bought Fluval stratum and live packaged plants! I get home get everything set up to recognize at the end that the kit was missing a power cord that powers the light and filter and that the light is warped! (Ended up spending over $70 more to replace the parts) THE MANAGER had the audacity to ask me to return the kit and the plants and stratum. For the refund to be placed on my card! (So where is my betta supposed to live in while I wait for the money to come back) ? Yesterday they told me I could get a partial refund for the missing power cord! (Still doesn’t help) The kit is basically a brick! And they want me to remove the stratum and bring the whole thing back plants and all!!!!!! ALL IN ALL! Don’t go buying any aquatic kits from them! I try calling the 800 number because you’d think you’d get support there but no! Since the purchase was in store it all has to be returned! I drove all the way from Little Rock thinking Conway was a better store just to be BAMBOOZLED! They don’t recognize how much of an inconvenience it is to take your beloved pet out of their habitat and keep it in a cup or bowl for them to resolve an issue! I recommend if you buy any kit from this store to open and thoroughly inspect everything before walking out of their store! Or not to buy one there totally!!!! THEY TURNED MY DREAM TANK INTO A COMPLETE EXPENSIVE NIGHTMARE! Worse experience ever
