I would not recommend their brand of grain free cat food. Our cats have been grain free for years and something in that food made all of them very sick!

I don't know if its this Pecto or they have declined, but I used the Pecto in another city for years, they were great but the one in Conway was not. This was my puppies first time going for a grooming, but I have been working with her, cleaning her ears and holding her paws so she would be used to it, I have a blower to blow out her coat, because she is a Shiba Inu and sheds a lot, I have even had her nails polished before so I know she will do that too. They said she wouldn't take the blower drier or allow them to polish her nails. I know better and even if she, she is a puppy and you ease them into and make them do it, otherwise how else will they learn. I can't believe they consider themselves groomers if they can't teach puppies to be groomed, giving in just ruins all the work I have done to get her used to it. First, they quoted me 60 dollars and then they changed it to 78, they didn't blow out her coat or dry her they didn't do her nails. They charged me for long hair, Shiba's are not long hair and they charged separately for the shampoo, when did that start happening. I will never go there again. Here is a photo of my little girl, does she look like a long hair?
