  Everyone was so friendly. Making the appt online was easy, they even saw my fur baby on a Saturday. The Vet and tech was very knowledgeable and gentle.

  Had an appointment today with my boxer because he injured his foot and it’s massively swollen. I have used Vetco before and the vet was very nice, just last month when he had an ear infection as a matter of fact. Today after waiting a young lady finally came in said what’s the problem and backed up as if she is terrified. She asked me to lock the leash he was on. Before I could start speaking about what was wrong she said (hold on ) and left the room. She came back holding a thin blue nylon leash telling me to put him on this. I said you didn’t even let me tell you what was wrong! She said I know just put this on. If you are that terrified of dogs maybe you are in the wrong place!!! Between her terrible attitude and behavior the screaming dog in the back room I said we would go somewhere else. She exclaimed (Fine ) walked out of the room straight to another room and slammed the door. If you care about your pet don’t allow this lady to go anywhere near them! I don’t know if she was the vet or assistant no name tag or introduction.

  Had a scare with our little cat, and they were absolutely amazing. She’s only 7 lbs but a complete psycho cat when she’s feeling like herself. I applaud the whole team for doing everything they could to ensure our tiny Ninja cat was healthy and back to herself. I really sorry she’s a pain in the butt to vet though. I’ve had her for about 2.5 years at that point and she wouldn’t let me handle her until she got sick, so I do really feel bad but very grateful for the whole team start to finish.

  Thank you to the whole team here for being so amazing! This was my first time at this clinic and this will be my vet from now on🫶from the first call they were kind and welcoming. I am a helicopter parent, my cats are my kids and they mean the world to me. I have done home care for awhile because I couldn't find a trustworthy vet. The relief I now feel to know there's someone who can help that I trust. Tippy toe is doing great! I am forever grateful!!
