  I needed them to take a look at my cat in a emergency situation and they got me in within a hour sadly the news was bad as I expected but they where super nice and accommodating and helped me through a very difficult decision and situation and treated me and my pet with the utmost respect I would recommend them to everyone thank you to the doctor and staff for the discretion in front of my son I was able to keep my child from seeing something he shouldn’t have to deal with and get my pet took care of at the same time

  What an incredible place. Yesterday, they were able to squeeze my precious pup and I in for a frantic emergency appointment. The level of compassion, kindness, sincerity and care my girl and I received was beyond expectations, and I could not be more grateful for this wonderful clinic being there during a time of distress. I'd like to especially express my deepest gratitude for Maddie and Dr. Spivey, for the way they shared reassurance, attentiveness, humanity, and absolute kindness, and the way they both worked to make sure our girl was okay!

  Wish I would have had time to read reviews before my pup had a bit of an emergent scare today. Brought my dog in visibly still shaking from whatever the episode he had was and was turned away because they were "booked". I'm sorry but if you go to a clinic having a heart attack or stroke do you want to be told there is no time for your emergency? Absolutely not! Same should go for our pets. I will not be back and would recommend others avoid this place as there was ZERO compassion for our pet. ****Do not send me the little apology blurb on here either because it is fake concern to get better reviews. You had zero regard for my pet in the time of need so I have zero regard for your business and I am not sorry about it. I will not be contacting you to "resolve the issue" to take this review down! ****

  Saline animal clinic Is amazing. You are treated politely from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. The doctors and are so caring and loving to my sweet 6 pound Paxton, loving on him and helping him to not be scared when getting his vaccines. The office is always quick to reply for any questions or concerns that we may have. We love them and will not even think about going anywhere else. You guys rock!!

  I have never experienced such amazing care in an emergency vet situation in my life. We were not current patients at the clinic but they treated us like family. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for everyone in the clinic. The team was fantastic. The level of communication and explanation as to what was happening with my dog was incredible. They saved his life and I’m eternally grateful for everything they did.
