I have never experienced such amazing care in an emergency vet situation in my life. We were not current patients at the clinic but they treated us like family. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for everyone in the clinic. The team was fantastic. The level of communication and explanation as to what was happening with my dog was incredible. They saved his life and I’m eternally grateful for everything they did.

This is a great place for your pet. The people are so nice and the doctors are so knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend using them as your vet!

I hate to be making this review but I feel it’s important. I’ve been a loyal client for almost 7 years to this clinic and this week my dog had an emergency, where her legs were shaking uncontrollably at 430 am on a Monday morning. I had to make the decision to wait to see our regular vet or go to the ER vet. I decided to wait until the clinic opened and called immediately. The receptionist that answered told me that someone had just canceled their 5 pm appointment and I could have that slot, suggesting we wait all day. After redescribing the urgency she then said “well I guess we could work her in?” As if it were a question and she didn’t really want to do that. I ultimately advocated for her to be seen immediately and worked in and they agreed to let me drop her off that morning. We had blood work and she had injections and ultimately got better throughout the day without a formal diagnosis. We absolutely LOVE our care from Dr. Bradford, but now I’m left wondering if we should continue care here because you WILL have to argue through reception to advocate for your animal. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the years on three animals with them and this “working her in” issue leaves me to question if next time if I will be forced to go to the ER vet anyway. Were we just lucky this time they agreed to work her in? I now don’t have the trust and peace of mind I used to in using this clinic.

We have been clients for 20 years. We’ve had the best experience and service every time. I picked up a stray one time on the hwy towards Sheridan. The dog had a hole with rotting flesh on his face. I brought him right in. Our vet had seen this dog on the same hwy for weeks and never able to get him but when I brought him in they worked on him for 9 days to get him healthy and charged me nothing but for aftercare meds. They love their jobs. We put down our best friend in August 25. Dr. Barker was honest, gentle, hugged and shared it with us and treated everything with the upmost respect. We drove 45 minutes out of our way to come to Salome Animal Clonic. I’d drive 2 hours bc of the trust and care I feel they give. We just recently got a puppy and again, they bent over to take care of our family! If you don’t go there you should! Great staff and doctors. The older pictures are Bella. Put down in August. The puppy is Daisy 8 weeks old!

From the moment you enter the facility everyone greets you , they call out our dog s name, come and pet him, you can tell he remembers them as well , and they were good to him. We have been seeing Dr.Barker for 17 yrs or so, we are very happy there!!!
