  Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Do not use this vet. We brought our sweet girl (cat age 3) in for a simple dental cleaning and a nail trim. They extracted a “bad” tooth and now she hasn’t been able to eat for 3 weeks , her leg swelled up to the size of a baseball with fluid sac due to lack of aftercare and neglect , her nails were trimmed so far into the quick that we couldn’t even find them and she was limping on her paws , her foot is completely messed up and all of her fur is gone from it, and they are gaslighting us into saying this is not their fault. I’ve never received such horrible care for my animals ANYWHERE. this was supposed to be a simple dental cleaning and nail trim and our baby is now suffering for weeks and has to go receive further care somewhere else. This hospital will not take care of your animals and then gaslight you about it. Horrible. Do not use them ever.

  We brought our cat in on a Saturday morning (the alternative being, frankly, emergency vet expenses beyond our means), all but panicking because of her sudden loss of appetite and unusual lethargy. From the moment we approached the front desk, to the exam itself, to discussing diagnosis, we were shown compassion and kindness. It made a scary morning much more bearable. We'll be returning for continued treatment; Banfield is very reasonably priced and every person we interacted with was great. You and your pet will be seen in a timely manner, and most prescription items are easily within reach (at a great price). If you're hesitant to go here because of a handful of negative reviews, please take into account that some people go in expecting miracles and come out upset, rather than coming out with the reminder that life is precious because it is finite. I didn't get the diagnosis I was hoping for, but I'm grateful that with treatment, I don't have to say goodbye to her just yet and she has more great days ahead of her. Our thanks again to everyone at Banfield 😊

  They neglected to take care of animals like they should. All they were worried about was getting pet insurance money and charged me even after my rotty died of CHF. They took care of him since ge was a puppy up to 10 years old and never ever stated he had a heart condition CHF does not happen over night. This is an example of animal abuse.

  It was so great to see my JonJon scared to go with a stranger, but walked right beside her on the way out. He was so calm they were wonderful with him
