  Staff wasn’t the most friendly. They were talking rudely about each other, were unorganized, couldn’t stay focused on the task at hand like checking someone out, and weren’t staffed appropriately. The lack of organization became a real issue when they couldn’t determine if my dog did or did not receive an injection and also couldn’t explain why he got antibiotics when I wasn’t told my dog was receiving any. The front office tried to overcharge me. Also, post-op care instructions were non-existent after my dog’s neuter. They checked us out and tried to send us on our way with no further instructions. I had to ask each question to get all the answers like when can he eat, bathe, and take the cone off. When I got the answers, the lady with an “dr DVM” on her scrubs seemed unsure and answered some things as “oh, probably wait 10-14 days” which wasn’t reassuring. I even asked “are you guessing or do you know that’s the correct answer…”. Other pet parents in the office said alarming things too and didn’t seem satisfied. Terrible experience and only came here because I had a voucher for a free neuter (which wasn’t free). Would never return and would highly NOT recommend to anyone

  I absolutely love them. I adopted two 8 month old kittens and decided to try this vets office. I called with an emergency today and they didn't hesitate to see my kitty.. was told to bring her on in. They are awesome! My kitty was fixed up and seems fine now. I love how great they are with my babies. You can tell they really care about the animals. I made the right choice in choosing this office.

  Had to come here for an emergency with my dog and they took us in as soon as they could, treated the issue, assured us the issue was not as bad as it looked, and sent us off with the relevant medication! Very friendly staff and knowledgeable

  Always caring and great with my fur babies. I love the flexibility with appointment times and online booking makes for an easy experience.
