Every time I place an online order it gets canceled because they are out of stock. They don't have anything ever here, they need to seriously increase their inventory because they never have my dog food, my cat food, my saltwater fish stuff. It's a nice Petco inside and all, aside from the semi argumentative manager they have working there, who insisted my aquarium wouldn't fit in my vehicle and was relatively rude about it, prior to even knowing what aquarium I was purchasing or what my vehicle looked like.... But it fit, we got it home and all is well. I'll keep purchasing stuff from this store, but due to their lack of stock on a regular basis, I won't be purchasing a premium plan with Petco at this time.

Great selection though horrifically overpriced!!! I found the same toy at a dollar store for $2.75 that Petco has for sale for $14 . Yes it was the same toy it was not a replica!! Also, I don't appreciate the fact that you have parakeets in a tiny glass cage for sale. I don't think it's right. Other Pet Shops have given up the practice I wish you would too. I'm tired of signing petitions for PETA to get you guys to pull it together. If I didn't have a gift certificate to this place I would have never gone in because those of us with a conscience do not agree with some of your business practices. Your prices are ridiculous and you have exotic birds overcrowded in a tiny box. Your sales people are so ignorant they don't even know that you need to buy two parakeets because one alone will get depressed and probably die!! Lower your absolutely ridiculous prices and clean up your detestable business practices. Not impressed in any way. Though I will give credit where credit is due... last time I went in there was a man working. He was very gracious and very helpful. When he's not there the staff is friendly, but they're not helpful. I'm guessing he's the manager.

I had no problem finding what I needed but there is never anyone about to ask questions. I work in the area and shop and groom my dog there but no floor support.
