  I have taken my dog to Banfield for many years and started going to this location exclusively when they moved. And let me tell you, everyone involved from the doctors, to the vet techs, and the front desk, are all absolutely amazing. They truly care about your pet and are invested in their care. I love Dr. Halley and Dr. Kraft, they have seen my elder dog through thick and thin and I trust them implicitly with my dog’s care. Holly and Cheyenne are wonderful and I’m SO appreciative to Lauren and Liz who always answer my millions of questions. This is a top notch team, and having this kind of care in your pets life is invaluable. Thank you to everyone there. I would highly recommend you take your pet here.

  Tiffany needs to learn how to speak to customers. This business lost over 2,000 dollars because of her and her condescending tone when I started questioning her about the fees and what the plan covers. Very rude and unprofessional.

  I have two dogs that have been members for years overall we’ve had excellent care. The dental care in Gulfport Mississippi has to be the best in the country! Multiple other clinics we visited while traveling to other states have been great. The records are available online, but the app doesn’t always reflect that which can be annoying when you’re flying and trying to pull up information but otherwise I would highly recommend any dog owner. Get a plan the unlimited visits and vaccines online records. I’ll make this so much easier to manage your pet Healthcare.

  The tech that saw me and my dog spent the majority of the appointment trying to upsell services. I wont be going back to this Banfield
