  Had appointment for my dog to be groomed at 1030am. Was told that it could take between 3 and 4 hours. It was nearly 6 hours before my pet was ready. Excuse was that the groomer had 3 or 4 goldendoodles that day. That's not my problem, it is a scheduling problem. I purposefully seek groomers that will take my dog by appointment so she doesn't have to be kenneled all day. Whoever does scheduling should not schedule too many pets for a groomer.

  Received great customer services. Ms Lisa knows her stuff and gave my 6yr old a good overview of how to care for his tortoise.

  Amazing staff. Both April and the cashier (i didn’t catch her name) were so kind and friendly. They went above and beyond for someone they didn’t know at all. I appreciate that more than i could ever put into words. I will 100% always come to this store if possible. Thank you girls so much.

  I took my 2 Golden Retrievers in for a bath only and was told it would be $100 each because "Goldens shed so much they have to have the de-shedding treatment." I've been taking them to Petco for baths for 5years and it's always been $58 each. The stylists argued with me and told me that I've been getting charged wrong all this time, by dozens of different stylists. I asked how exactly do they determine if a dog needs it and they said "if they get under a dryer and a lot of hair starts blowing around." They're Goldens, they don't shed like Huskies. So this service is entirely a judegement call, not based on breed, and they decide to charge you once the bath is already done and they get under the dryer. This doesn't make any sense at all! On top of that, the de-shed bath is listed on their prices as a $30 upcharge, so they should be $88 each, not $100. Not explaintion of where this extra money was coming from.
