I left my dog for grooming and the groomer not only handed him back to me incomplete he was in worse shape than I delivered him. She only did half of his back he came e back with a matted tail she didn’t even bother to clip his nails or do his pads. His tail was in perfect shape when he was delivered now it is a complete mess. I saw two dogs that she completed during the time she was supposed to be working on my dog. Do not take your dog to this store for grooming.

Will never shop here again the woman in the fish department this evening obviously has an issue with color . I approached her about an animal I was trying to purchase and asked where I could find it and she took me to it and she said here it is and just started walking away immediately. I told her I was trying to go ahead and purchase it since it was about 45 minutes until closing. She then proceeded to get on her phone and start talking and then started assisting white couple who couldn’t make up their mind on what they even wanted. She was extremely patient and helpful with them🙄after waiting 15 minutes and still being ignored as if I wasn’t a paying customer I left.
