  I did not want to do this publicly however, after the way I was treat i feel I have no choice. I visited this business in hopes to be able to know and understand how and what my beloved animal was being treated for and with. My first visit involved Richard Kappen using fear tactics to try to convince me to treat my animal in an extreme manor. He stated that" go home and consider being responsible for your animal drowneding on dry land". He also ignored my concerns about my animals gut/ bowel movement issues. I did my due diligence to understand what is involved in treating my animal. After 2 weeks without communication from the staff ,I called to set up tests to determine what test could be done to determine the response need to treat my animal properly. And I emphasize the need to understand and treat the gut issues my dog is having, only to be delayed another week. I then received a call from a specialist 3 1/2 hours from my home. During the call I was spoken toward as if I had no choice or need to understand what would be involved in treating my animal. At that point I decided to visit the business and try to understand why they would refer me to a specialist that far away when there are several specialist within 50 miles of my home. Mr. Kappen came out to the front and asked what he could do for me. I stated that I have do research and am not understanding his approach to my animals care, that I would like the complete test results not a general overview. I even brought a previous test as an example as to what I was asking for. Mr. Kappen raised his chest and took 2 steps toward me stating that I was given the results that they have. Seemed as if he was trying to intimidate me into quit compliance. When we went to the back to move forward I expressed that I would like to have some tests done for treating my dogs gut issues. He stated that he doesn't know of such tests. Seemed he was trying to control how HE would be treating my animal. Then he SHOVED a muzzle on my dog forcefully. I stated, take that off my dog. He said he was not going to be bit. I then called him out on his actions of intimidation, rudeness, and manipulation. He acted like he didn't know what I was referring too. State laws require veterinarians to share all information with the animal owner. Now the owner sends me the same manipulated records a second time and are terminating our "relatinship" and to search elsewhere for my animals care. They have made it clear that they will serve animal owners who DON'T question what they are doing and charging for. They also proved that they are willing to manipulate the record, intimidate, use scare tactics, and reject anyone who questions anything about your animals care. They have left me with no option but to take legal action to get my full, unaltered test results and legal action for using vaccines that have the MRNA products in them, after I clearly stated to NOT use the vaccines with the MRNA products in them. My dog is still having reactions from the products that used on him. I have reported them to the proper authorities and am moving towards legal actions.

  I have taken my little friends to all animal clinic for almost twenty years . I have always had a good experience , the veterinarian and the assistants are always friendly and kind to my small friend .

  I have been a client of the clinic for about 15 years for my SAR dogs and cattle. During that time there have been changes in staffing and in management. What has not changed is the superb level of care provided. The vets are top tier, and the ancillary staff are outstanding.
