If you want a vet that will offer every option available to keep your pet alive, this is the place for you. If you want a vet that understands that keeping a 13 year old cat on pain medication, chemo, and radiation for the rest of their life isn't the kindest option for the cat, this isn't the right fit. I appreciate that they were able to offer those options, but it felt pretty gross that I as the pet parent was the one mentioning euthanasia. He was a skittish dude. He hated going into the carrier. If I tried to give him a pill, I wouldn't see him for 3 days after. It isn't like I could explain to him that the torture (that's how he would perceive it) I'd be putting him through was to make him not hurt as much.
They were good to both of my boys while they were alive, and did give them the final kindness at the end. I just wish I wasn't the first one to mention that option.
The clinic cat is very sweet, and I love that they have one.

I had a very disappointing experience here during what was already a stressful situation. I brought my dog in for an emergency appointment and was told it would be a drop-off. I explained that I had a time constraint, as I needed to take my 5-year-old daughter to camp and had another appointment scheduled, so I specifically asked for a quick drop-off process.
We were left waiting in a room for about 10 minutes with no communication. When I went to check on the status, the office manager eventually came in—but instead of efficiently starting the intake process, she immediately had a rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked how long it would take, she responded sarcastically, “it will take as long as it takes,” which felt very unprofessional given the situation.
At that point, I decided to leave and reschedule since we were now running late. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the office manager followed us into the lobby and continued behaving aggressively. My young daughter, who is autistic, said the woman was being a bully, and instead of de-escalating, the office manager began raising her voice and telling me to control my child.
It was completely inappropriate to speak that way in front of a child—especially one who is neurodivergent—and entirely avoidable. This entire situation could have been handled calmly and professionally by simply completing the drop-off intake as originally discussed.
I understand that emergency appointments can be unpredictable, but there is no excuse for rudeness, lack of communication, or speaking harshly to a child. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both communication and professionalism.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I don't think there's any amount of stars though that could capture how wonderful this place is. I have looked for a good vet for my babies forever. Dr. Armstrong, and her team showed my sweet girl Summer who has severe sensory issues nothing but patience, and compassion.
Like any paranoid pet parent I bombard them with a thousand questions. Not one time did they show any expression of irritation with any of them. They created a strong treatment plan that for the first time is actually making a difference for my girl. They understand the costs of medical bills for your fur babies, and are willing to work with you. I will forever recommend this animal hospital, and Dr. Armstrong specifically to everyone I can. She is a hidden gem of a Dr, and so is her team. They are people who care, and show the same level of love, and compassion to your babies that you do.

Boomer loves the staff and all of the doctors. They take excellent care of him and are always very patient with him. We board him here as well sometimes and we appreciate the level of care he receives. Highly recommend.
