  Let me just start off by saying this is the best place I’ve ever been for my dog. He was so down and out, and I thought he was going to die, but they took care of me on a walk-in When I had to go to work and they took care of my dog, that was there very own. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors to whomever deal with me were absolutely amazing. I have nothing but good things to say. I almost cried when my dog got back To health. He had a gastrointestinal issue and they did everything they could to help me. Payment was no issue, They even called another vet that I have been visiting to make sure he was OK. They really know that our pets are our family and I give them nothing but 10 out of 10. I can’t repay them enough. Also, the front desk gave me a lot of nice compliments and I felt seen in a very long time. Again, I would never complain about this place.

  I would just like to say that if I could leave more than just 5 stars I would… they took such great care of my sweet Maggie and myself as well.. I’ve had my sweet girl since I was in high school and I’m almost 30 years old now so she has been with me for a very long time and has been with me through so much in this life… she has became very sick and surgery just wasn’t in our favor due to her age or the shape she was in.. they offered palliative care for her but I just felt it wasn’t fair for to live the rest of her days that way.. so we went the route of humane euthanasia on 7/16/26 and she took her last breaths in my arms.. Dr. Jenner was very kind and supportive through the entire process as was the entire staff we came acrosss during our visit… we were able to take our time and they treated our girl so well.. and they treated us with such kindness.. today we received our sweet girl ashes back and I’m in disbelief in how beautiful everything is that we got back is .. I did not know that I was getting plasters of her paw print and nose print and those made me bawl my eyes out they are absolutely beautiful. Her box is gorgeous.. I can’t thank you all enough for everything you all done that day.

  If you want a vet that will offer every option available to keep your pet alive, this is the place for you. If you want a vet that understands that keeping a 13 year old cat on pain medication, chemo, and radiation for the rest of their life isn't the kindest option for the cat, this isn't the right fit. I appreciate that they were able to offer those options, but it felt pretty gross that I as the pet parent was the one mentioning euthanasia. He was a skittish dude. He hated going into the carrier. If I tried to give him a pill, I wouldn't see him for 3 days after. It isn't like I could explain to him that the torture (that's how he would perceive it) I'd be putting him through was to make him not hurt as much. They were good to both of my boys while they were alive, and did give them the final kindness at the end. I just wish I wasn't the first one to mention that option. The clinic cat is very sweet, and I love that they have one.
