- MBMary BuchananJun 21, 20261.0I have used this vet service for over 10 years, while I haven’t always agreed with the vets I’ve been satisfied. Until now. My dog passed away May 27 at the clinic. They were very compassionate and caring. I trusted them to handle the private cremation for my Harley with a company I believe they called Pet Angel. . I was told he’d be back in 7-10 days. I didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks - I am hating I waited so long. They didn’t have him and said they would call and find out why. They called and assured me the place did have him but not processed yet and they couldn’t say why. A supervisor was suppose to return a call. I waited 2 days and went into the clinic asking what happened to my dog and why I don’t have answers . They promised to call Pet Angel again. I waited until the end of the day and called, again no answer. Was told I’d have to wait another 3 days . Somebody knows something and I’m not being told. Not only am I grieving the loss of my baby, I’m beside my self wondering what happened to him and if I’m ever going to be bringing him home again. I can’t stop crying over this , I miss him so much and the not knowing what happened to him is killing me. I don’t know where the real blame is here- I just don’t think enough is being done . Meanwhile , I still have to keep waiting and wondering when or if I’ll have my baby back.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
