Took her again yesterday to get her shaved for summer since she’s an indoor outdoor. She took great time to get everything even. Tilly was so happy and looked so cute and smelled so good.

I called on a Saturday morning to see if they could see my dog and they said they could take care of her immediately. The grooming staff (Callie) and the cashier (David) were so kind and helpful! I’m not sure what happened to prompt negative reviews on here, but I had quite the opposite experience! I would highly recommend this Petco and will return again if I ever find myself back in Florence!
