- RKRaegan KelleyJun 27, 20261.0I have gone here OFTEN! I have several reptiles, amphibians, and dogs. I would drive here from lawrenceburg to get bugs or different supplies. I came today to get a BETTA FISH. I spent over $150 for his stuff and got all the things. The person who checked me out was extremely rude. Its not that they were telling me all the things i was doing "wrong"- its how they said it. Scoffing at me at the tank i got, kept being extremely rude about everything i had purchased and made it seem like i was going to kill my new pet. The tank i purchased has a betta fish on it that looks EXACTLY like the one i purchased but apparently it wasnt the correct tank he he needed. Very annoying and embarrassing to say the least (since this was holding up the entire line....). Should definitely get some of their employees attitudes in line. Especially since the betas there are definitely NOT in the best care soooo i think i did the little dude a favor getting him in an actually tank instead of a little tub 🙃 will definitely not be returning here. Petsmart it is.
