  Used to go here however the groomers shaved my husky without our permission and we have stopped going ever since. They are absolutely terrible

  Last night I had the worst experience I could have had at a pet store. I went into the store. I was looking at the fish. There were dead fish in all of the tanks more than I’ve seen in a while so I seen some guppies and thought I’m gonna rescue these little guppies and get them out of here went to get help ,now granite they had an hour before they closed ,when I got the girl she was mad because she had to help me made the comment you want fish we’re about to close so we walked over and I told her What I wanted, she was rude with me the entire time she started jabbing the net down in there, hitting the fish and killing them on site, putting them in the thing still going to sell them to me after she killed them. Some of them she hit with the net and didn’t kill them right off and the fish started turning in circles because they were hit so hard with the net so I told her let me catch them. You’re doing it wrong. She got Even more rude with me so I said you know what I don’t want the fish because I did not want to buy dead fish and waste my money so she got even more angry so I got my wife told her let’s go. We were walking out the door almost to our vehicle. She walks to the door and hollers across the parking lot at me. Don’t ever come back here and I told her I will be calling her manager tomorrow she said no need. I’ve already talked to Her so as far as I’m concerned, this place is a horrible place and I will not be returning here and me and my family buy a lot of stuff from here and my daughter will not be coming to this Petco anymore either.

  This Petco location stocks many brands. They had the clean kibble and a shampoo my vet recommended! Store was clean. Prices kind of high. Nice, helpful staff. I will shop there again.

  I purchased an aquarium and handed the cashier a $5 coupon. When I got home I noticed she never applied the coupon, which she kept. I have another but the 1st one was evidently wasted.

  The customer service is terrible. I had a rude experience with Emily, the cashier, while purchasing some dog food. She basically refused to check to see if there was more of an item in the back that I was in need of. I had to ask for a manager to get assistance. Additionally, after paying, my change was placed "firmly" on the counter instead of in my hand. She needs to seriously work on her professionalism!!! Next, my husband scheduled a grooming appointment for one of our fur babies. There was no one working the desk and the two groomers working both looked at him and did not acknowledge him at all. He waited 15 minutes, still no acknowledgement! Unprofessional is ab understatement!!!! When given, we are pleased with the baths, however, we will not be returning. This store must do better!!!
