I was contacted by the groomer and told I need to hurry up and have someone to come pick my pet up after I had received a text saying she was ready. Literally got the text at 2:24 pm and the call at 2:26 pm. My pet was dropped off at 12 pm for only a bathe and nail buffing. When I arrived I asked the groomer what was the issue and she told me that my dog wasn’t trained well enough (mind you she receives training through them) and that they couldn’t accept her anymore due to her having four (4) accidents ans supposedly having to be bathe twice. She tried to say it was due to her anxiety, which I disputed due to my puppy never having any types of accidents before then at any pet stores or vets. Not to mention when I left with her she had no diarrhea or accidents. Terrible customer service and not the proper way to address.
