She made an appointment for me to bring Coco in to the store. She took one look at Coco and knew just what to do. I was very happy when I picked her up. Patty understood what I wanted and clipped her that way. It took a couple of hours but I didn’t mind waiting for her to get it right. I won’t hesitate to ask for Patty again next time. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay but was fair for what I got. I’m a happy camper.

Before they took him back to be groomed the first time i explained that he had become very itchy, his coat had become coarse and was shedding like crazy even though he get the shed release when I bring him in. I'm so grateful that she explained that it could possibly be from the shampoos formula and instead he got a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. He has been there twice now and his shiny and soft coat is back and nomore constant itching. Opie is a happy boy! Will continue to bring him to this location.
