Normally I would let it go if it was just a one time thing, but this is the THIRD time that I've come in to shop and the restrooms smell and look horrible! The astounding smell of urine burns my nose when I open the door! The sign on the door mentioned going to the general manager if there was a problem; I spoke to an employee who informed me that she doesn't clean the restroom. I asked her who is responsible for doing so, she shrugged her shoulders. If this is how you guys handle a customer informing you of a problem I will gladly take my business somewhere else!
