- CMChesney MooreJun 21, 20265.0My cat had emergency surgery and needed to be kept in a crate for several days after coming home, which I wasn't prepared for. I was able to locate everything I needed to keep him safe & comfortable during his recovery, online and ordered for pickup. Pickup was easy, but I realized I needed something different. Chace was able to help me find what I needed and exchange with the item I did not need. Petco was the only store in town I was able to find what I needed online for pickup. Thank you!!

- HBHavyn ByrdJun 8, 20261.0If I could give this place no stars I would. We went to go look at a leopard gecko and they do not care about their reptiles. All of the leopard geckos that they had were extremely malnourished and on the brink of death. I knew I only had a spot for one gecko so I tried my best to rescue one to hopefully give it a shot at life. Needless to say after $180 at the vet and having to syringe feed this baby she passed away because of how malnourished she was because of this place. Mind you, this was exactly 8 days ago that I got the little baby and when I went to try to get my money back all I got told by the manager was “sorry, the sale was final”. I was never aware of this, in fact the manager said if anything happens to let them know and they will give me my money back. I was also told over the phone before I drove an hour out of my way that they would be able to give me my money back.

I have two cats with IBS that require grain free, limited ingredient foods and treats. Petco is the best place around to shop their needs. The dog treats are also top quality. They have an extensive selection of rawhide free chews and healthy treats.
