Over the last three weeks, we attended three private sessions every Friday at 2:00 PM. To date, I have spent nearly $400 on this training program….Unfortunately, the training has yielded absolutely no results, and my dogs behavior hasn’t changed… The situation was made significantly worse since I drove 25 minutes to the store for our scheduled 2:00 PM session, only to be informed upon arrival that the trainer was unavailable, and no one was able to contact him. Store staff claimed a text message was sent, which I never received. I was also promised that the store General Manager would call me to address the issue, but I never received that phone call. Poor business practices…

And every single time I have gotten a bag of kibble from Petco, whether it be in Trussville or Gadsden, AL, there have been insects in the bags. To me it seems as though the workers do not care about the products they sell or the consumers they sell to.
