  The sale clerk and sales associate made it great. Whatever I had a question about I received an answer and the clerk that checked us out is always full of joy great place to visit and shop for Al your pet needs

  🗣️🗣️WARNING⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ THIS PLACE IS Deplorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a little respect and/or happy experience for you pet, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE!!!! You will be highly disappointed. I can't remember names but the thick white groomer doesn't know what she's doing. The blonde white lady has a terrible attitude and is very disrespectful (she doesn't like her job). Bill is all over the place and the manager over the store has a sarcastic demeanor as well. All of these folks are rude as heck. I thought I could give them one more try after the big girl messed my pooch up. Baily actually did do well. I called today to make arrangements with her again and she left me on hold for 15 minutes (maybe longer). Said she had to talk to her boss about something. Which has to be a lie because she never came back to even say, "sorry for your long wait, or, I'll be right with you." Just rude!!! Nothing will come good to people like that. I pray a harsh wind come through there like never before. Those that treat people like crap, always get it back some kind of way.

  I'll start with the barnyard smell, as soon as the doors slide open, that makes you double think your life choices. The place could definitely use better lighting, a refresh, and updated. I am disgusted by the "fish" section. The tanks are absolutely disgusting and I wouldn't buy anything from them. I would be appalled (if I was a store), selling any fish from those aquariums. Between seeing the condition of the tanks and the nasty smell as your trying to shop, I had to leave (empty handed of course). Do better!

  The product is great. Price was competitive but at the register I marked that I didn’t want to donate as my cats are from humane society and I feed the neighborhood animals. The man at the checkout said there was a mistake so we went through it again. When I got home I found that “Somehow ” I did donate $2 without my knowledge or permission. If that is the norm I’ll rethink stopping by.

  This place is appalling. They had 16 jumping spider enclosures on a display near the front register and everyone single jumping spider was dead. Every single one. When I alerted the man behind the counter he seemed miffed I even mentioned it and said "don't worry we'll take care of it" never left his spot and there wasn't any current customers. I went in to buy black soldier fly larvae before I spotted the dead spiders, as I keep jumping spiders myself. I got two containers of them from their refrigerator. Cold makes them slow down and go dormant, it takes a good 20 mins for them to warm up and become active. I was out of town and didn't realize until I got home and opened both containers that EVERYONE SINGLE ONE was dead. Which seems to be the theme at this petco. When you walk into the store there is a very strong unpleasant odor and now I'm thinking it's because half of the animals at this store are either dead or dying. 16 jumping spiders dead. That is atrocious and ridiculous, employees should know how to take care of these creatures. I've reported this to corporate.
