- SAShania AkersSep 20, 20261.0Cashier was very rude, I understand they were busy but all I asked for was my receipt because the total did not seem right. She said “oh it will take 5 minutes to print, do you want to wait?” I then asked her why she did not print it in the first place, states “ I seemed like I did not want it”. You should never assume a customer does not want a receipt. But that’s not all. My friend was checking out next, she asked for crickets. Cashier asked her if she needed them that bad or can she come back?? Not in a oh we are super busy let me get through this line, no very snarky like she did not want to be bothered to grab them. We left and got crickets elsewhere. This is not the first time their staff has been rude and lazy. Very disappointed as PetCo is the only store to carry Purina Pro Plan. Looks like I will be making the drive to PetSmart.
