- SBSusan ButtJul 7, 20263.0We bring our dogs to Petco for their grooming needs. We live in Michigan and stopped at this branch since we were in the area, to get Bootsie a bath . I'm not sure what was actually done!! He was wet, he smelled slightly clean, but I know his ears weren't cleaned, he wasn't brushed, he definitely wasn't spritzed with any scent(unless it was wet dog scent). We were told upon picking him up that dryer was broke, we understand things like that happen, although usually there is more than 1 blow dryer. No discount was given for this. His nails were trimmed. Not sure if small glands were expressed but would guess not. We've been very happy with Petco up until now and we've been to ones in MI, GA, FL and I believe PA. We won't let this experience alter our liking of Petco groomers, just this one... Thank you, Susan

They take great pride in their work and care for the pets of their customers. It shows. Thanks everyone
