- JCJessica CatoeJul 1, 20262.0We’ve been taken our big boy here for awhile now and this last time (June 27th) was not anything like our services prior. The lady checking in was not the friendly faces we are used to, she was short and dismissive. The lady doing the grooming called to tell us that our dog nipped at her when she was trying to dry his paws and that she couldn’t finish his drying. He is a lover and we have never had the slightest problem with him nipping at anyone ever, so this was a red flag. When I picked him up, he was still very wet, was not brushed very well, no spritz cologne, and we were just tossed a feminine cat bandana after being asked what we would like and said it would be appreciated if he got a masculine dog bandana. Generally, we are incredibly happy with the results of PETCO grooming and have recommended them to multiple people, but this will be the last time we use them. The groomer even mentioned that his file never said anything about having any kind of issues with him in prior appointments, but said we would have to find a different provider if it happened again. Our boy left with anxiety and was out of sorts for the rest of the day after his grooming appointment. We are really dissatisfied with the workers that day and disappointed that this was what happened.

- RSRachel SharpMar 13, 20261.0The customer service was poor and after showing pictures of what I wanted for a Pomeranian cut was rejected and offered other options. The only options that the groomer gave me was for a long hard mini doodle. The only reason why I went to this location was because my regular groomer was unavailable. I was dissatisfied with the grooming after picking up my dog. They refused to groom him and was sent home with only a bath. I will not take my dog to this location again due to the poor customer service and care given to my dog.
