- SSSandra Stahlhut3 days ago2.0The store was clean and tidy, the cashier was efficient and polite however the girl working in the fish department was not and I was there to purchase fish. She refused to give me more than a few fish. We have several tanks and have recently set up a 30 gallon. Now that the plants and water settled we were ready to stock it.. The last tank we stocked, we spent over $250, this one she only allowed to purchase 10 small fish, 2 show fish and one cat fish, for about $60. I understand that you should have atleast 1 gallon of tank to each fish and that your staff should make suggestions on care but at the end of day she is there to make sales not refuse service. I was very disappointed and ended up purchasing elsewhere.

Everyone was friendly, had a great sense of humor, and made the experience enjoyable. They helped me get my store membership number added, and even though there were a few complications because checkout happened after the store had officially closed, they patiently worked through everything and were able to make it happen. They even saved me a few extra dollars in the process. I also really appreciated them taking a few moments to give my little one some attention and socialization. That extra kindness didn't go unnoticed. Overall, they have a fantastic team. Their professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes made for a great customer experience. Thank you all for going the extra mile!
