I have been taking my dog there for 2 years with no previous issues, which makes this even more upsetting. I trusted them with my baby, and they completely shaved him bald. That alone was upsetting enough, but then he came home injured, bleeding, and cut in a very sensitive area. There is absolutely no excuse for a dog to leave a grooming appointment hurt and bleeding. As pet owners, we trust groomers to handle our babies with care, patience, and professionalism. What happened was careless, unacceptable, and heartbreaking. I am disgusted that my dog had to go through this, and I will be taking this further because this should never happen to anyone’s pet. Please be careful who you trust with your fur babies. I would not want anyone else to experience what we are dealing with right now.
