We drive about an hour, one way, to take him to Petco in Wichita Falls because we know he will get the best experience. Krista makes us feel like Marty is his only "client" and we sincerely appreciate the gentle care she gives him. She has even texted us pictures to let us know how he's doing during his "spa day"

- KMkei mikiOct 22, 20251.0Went there for grooming waited 30 min and yet no one one cared. Can confidently say the workers were lazy including the women with glasses on reception. One of them was doing a dog’s nail and the two of them were simple watching her do it while we had 3 people with our dogs unattended. Unless you wanna waste your time do not come here. Petsmart is far more better than this. Cancelling my account here. Never going back either.
- ZKZee KhanMar 4, 20241.0My dog had a leash on from Petco when I was picking him up he stopped breathing in the parking lot due to the leash was so tight I couldn’t unleash him.. you can check the camera I was in the middle of street trying to get him up. He started foaming and I took pictures. I picked him up rushed him I sped do the store and Serena cashier helped me to cut his leash.. his grooming services was great but the leash part is I will blame as this should not have been this tight. I was in tears and thought I was going to loose my dog.
