Everyone had patience and showed empathy with my questions and concerns for my pet. The front desk ladies and our vet technician displayed great customer service and support. Our Vet Sophia explained everything in detail and gave me reassurance that I could reach back out if I had any further questions.

Shed stopped eating and lost a lot of weight rapidly. I knew something serious was going on. Unfortunately, it was bad news. Her kidneys had shut completely down. After taking her home for the night we took her back today to say goodbye to her one last time. EVERYONE was so gentle and sweet to both me and my baby. I will never forget the compassion they showed me in my worst moments.

I loved being able to schedule the appointment online and was surprised to get an appointment within 2 days because that’s never happened at my previous vets’ offices. More importantly, the office was clean, everyone was very friendly, and Dr. Bone was also easy to talk to as well as both sensitive and honest about my dog’s prognosis and options. I appreciated that she made me feel like the decision was all mine without any judgment. In addition, the lobby didn’t have people waiting so it wasn’t stressful with multiple animals. The cherry on top was that it was very affordable. I’ll definitely make this my new vet and be back for my other pets’ needs.

Dr. Gleeson is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. My old vet has retired. So, this will be my new vet for my kitties.
