- TTTDec 30, 20251.0We were referred here after our AKC registration as a participating AKC vet. Front desk gentleman was very welcoming. Fantastic staff member. We were taken into a dirty room. Hair everywhere and what looked like pee on the floor, in front of the bench we were sitting on. Notified front desk and transferred to another room. Staff member comes in. She looked over the paperwork we brought and immediately started pitching different wellness plans without asking us a single question about our dog or us. We hadn’t even met the doctor. We felt like she wasn’t interested in us or the care of our dog rather what wellness program we bought into. This wasn’t the right fit for our family so we left.

She remembers our older dog and all her past issues and we just love the care that she has for her job. There’s been a lot of new staff and we have had some mistakes and confusion with other dogs at the front desk, that was rough.. but I really want to highlight Alice and her customer care and work ethic as it is stellar!

I also appreciated the care and concern from her vet tech and Emma on the front desk. Sorry to hear Dr. B is leaving Banfield on 8/29.

Though skeptical, I was extremely impressed by the service and care given to my dog Benny today. Paris was SO friendly and very efficient. It felt like I was in and out. All the employees looked like they enjoyed being there which makes it a comfortable environment.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
