My Riley has been going her for 6 years and my Delilah for 1 year. I love the care, love and compassion that my babies receive at every visit. My little Riley goes monthly due to her sever allergies. If it wasn't for their care plan packages I don't know what I would do. You guys are truly amazing and I recommend you to everyone that ask about a vet. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.

TLDR: Amazing staff saved my dog's life.
WOW. What a freaking emotionally exhausting day, and thanks you Dr. Jarrett, Dr. Crawford, and the rest of the truly amazing staff at Banfield Weatherford I'm able to cry tears of joy, not sorrow. I was out of town for a week and a half, came home and my Great Pyrenees mix boy was off. At 01:40 on Monday morning, I made an appointment for 09:45, using the Banfield app. Dropped off my boy to figure out what's going on. Dr. Crawford ran blood work (it was great) and after some observation I was called to ask if they could perform an X-ray because of concerns with tenderness and tightness in the abdomen. Next call was from Dr. Crawford herself discussing something was observed on the X-ray. She ran through 3 options with me and we went with surgery rather than "wait and see" or more imaging to figure out if we needed surgery. She was going to speak with Dr. Jarrett, the other veterinarian in the office to see if he could shuffle his schedule to perform the surgery. Two minutes later, I get a call saying they are going to start prepping and would call if they found something needing to be removed because the cost difference between exploring and removing is very different. Three hours later I'm called and told my dog is out of surgery and doing great. It was a good thing we did the surgery, the obstruction caused a lot of damage.
Every single moment spent talking, either in person, or on the phone I could tell Dr. Crawford, Dr. Jarrett, and the staff cared for my dog. I'm not sure how they do what they do, but I'm so glad they do it with compassion and professionalism. I never had to question what the cost of any procedures would be and payment plans were available if that was an avenue I needed to take to treat my boy.
I'm so very grateful for the Banfield team. I'm not what I would have done if they hadn't "held my hand" over the phone and walked with my every step of the way. If you need someone to see your fur baby, I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Professional, compassionate, and highly intelligent doctors that don't speak down to you because you're not a vet. I'm fan girling over this team.
I do apologize to anyone who had a regular check up today that had to be rescheduled. Please know that I am so grateful for your time and patience while my baby was being saved.
Picture of the best boy as he's sleeping off the last of his meds at home.

I’ve recently got my first dog after only ever owning cats. After the first week Oakley was not like herself. I’m new to this so I had no idea what to do. Dr. Crawford and what I think was a Weatherford College student Vet who I for the life of me can’t remember her name (i’m so sorry). They both were absolutely amazing. They were so attentive, and quick with the care of my dog. She explained everything to me and what it could mean. After the visit, what they discovered is the dog I now own was kinda a hot mess and needed quite a bit of medication. I unfortunately couldn’t afford everything and had to ask if some could wait. These two amazing women did something so kind for me. I bawled the whole way home. I am forever grateful for these two!

I would like to first say that I absolutely love everybody at Banfield Weatherford. Dr. Crawford is my dog Rip's Dr. She goes above and beyond for him and it means the world to us. He had emergency surgery a year ago in Waco, TX. for bladder stones which are very uncommon in boxer dogs. Unfortunately we found out last week that he has more stones. Dr. Jarrett did his surgery this week and could not have done a better job. I was a little hesitant because I had not met Dr. Jarrett however he came out and introduced himself and eased all of my fears. He and Amanda took excellent care of Rip and I felt very comfortable. He is a very good Dr. as well. I feel comfortable with Dr. Jarrett as well. I am thankful for both Drs. I am thankful Dr. Jarrett got all of the stones out. I am thankful for the love that Dr. Crawford and Dr. Jarrett give Rip. Amanda took very good care of Rip after his surgery and called me and gave me all of the details and I felt comfortable he was in her care. She gave him so much love as well. Joanie and Sherry up front are sweethearts and always ease my mind if anything is going on with Rip and they are not only very good to me, they are good to everybody that comes to Banfield Weatherford. They are so good to Rip. I cannot go without saying that Kim, Shannon, Carrie, Heather and Calee all as well are so good to Rip. Rip actually looks forward to seeing the "ladies" he loves to flirt with all of them. His heart does belong to Dr. Crawford "his girlfriend" but he loves everybody at Banfield Weatherford as well. Thank you from the bottom of my husband and my heart to all of you for all of yall's love you give to our baby. I could go on and on but this review is already so long.
If you are looking for the best vets in town go see Dr. Crawford, Dr. Jarrett and the entire team at Banfield Weatherford. Your pet will be loved and taken very good care of.
