- KCKrista CleggFeb 13, 20265.0We have had nothing short of AMAZING service at this VetCo! My pup absolutely adores Lourdes! Every person we have encountered has been so helpful and sweet. Chip/Pip (our pittie) loves every employee here. They are extremely accommodating if you have a pup that needs to go directly to a room. My pup is still working on his social skills and not wonderful with other pets. This is the only place I have ever visited (pet parent for 20+ years) that accommodates needy pets. Nobody else was in the "waiting area" however, there was a very large boxer at the front desk when we were ready to leave. We stayed in our room until he was placed in a room. The staff came and told us when the "coast was clear" for our reactive pup. I really appreciate the service and staff of VetCo. I will be a return customer. Not to mention, I rescheduled an appointment for my pup for his booster vaccine, due to schedule interference, and the vet (herself) called me today and reminded me that if we didn't do the booster in the next 2 days my pup would have to start that vaccine all over. I never want to expose him to more than he needs. They were willing to accommodate my schedule to make sure he didn't go through more than needed.

Vet technicians initial review and vital with our dog 5⭐️. The vet that assisted 5⭐️. This clinic is associated with the Petco Vitals membership so our exam was free. They charged us reasonable prices for the medicine and tests they provided. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this visit was. We will be taking our other dog to this clinic also.
- FFFaithJan 12, 20264.0First time visit at petco. Crystal and Dr. Biden our were excellent and informative. They were attentive to my cat and the service was great. The one thing I did not like was that they suggested an x-ray, which I would have liked to get done if it didn't cost $500 just for the x-ray. This price is absolutely ludicrous. I would expect that from an emergency vet but not a regular one. This price is not feasible for clients looking for pet care, and beyond what I am willing to pay. So the service here is great, I like that I got a coupon for a free exam, but the prices are high here and I will not be returning due to this. I want to emphasize again the service and people were great but the prices are not affordable.
