Yesterday, I brought my dog in for vaccinations and spoke directly with Meghan afterwards to get a bath for my 10 week old puppy (M-E-G-H-A-N). I spent nearly $160 on vaccinations and was specifically told that if we returned the next day, my dog would receive a bath and cut for $20. When my husband came in today to follow through on that agreement, he was instead charged $105. He was convinced into additional services that were never clearly explained, and the original $20 agreement was not honored. My husband agreed and signed only because he wanted our dog taken care of and trusted what he was being told—this felt manipulative, not transparent. To make matters worse, the manager, Sam, was dismissive and contradictory rather than trying to resolve the situation. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or standing behind what was promised the day before, it felt like the focus was on justifying the charge rather than doing what was right for the customer. This experience showed a lack of integrity and customer-first service. We were misled, overcharged, and made to feel as though the issue was our fault when it clearly stemmed from inconsistent communication by staff. This situation is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to others. Customers should not have to worry about being upsold or misled after clear pricing is promised.

Mind u cali was very nice , Petco did pay the vet bill and also said my next groom was covered once my dog get his stitches out .. Cali then got me in for a appt this past Tuesday and the groomer whomever groomed his this time did a great job … my main reason for this review bc not once while my dog was hurt did any of the management call and see how he was doing . When my daughter picked up my dog from the groomer Veronica one of the managers was veryyyyyyy rude and also tried to charge my daughter for my dogs groom , I asked why my dog didn’t get his teeth brushed bc I had that down also …I use to love this place but I most definitely won’t be back after seeing how they care about there customers ..
