Dr. Philips is absolutely amazing and we make sure to schedule the fur babies when she is working. She is so sweet to the animals and you can tell that she really cares about them.

I LOVE my Banfield vet at Alliance. Today I was in a difficult situation because my vet was over-booked so they referred me to Watauga. I walked out and refused their services. It was extremely clear they were more interested in seeing how many tests they could get me to agree to than they were actually finding out why my puppy was sick. They had filled up a bill FULL of tests nearing $1,000, most of which were completely unnecessary. They tried to give a fully vaccinated puppy a parvo test. After I kept discussing with them more and more things on their list that seemed unreasonable, all they cared about was the cost, not the fact that they wanted all these invasive tests for an upset tummy. They removed the parvo test, then they removed the x-ray, but they still wanted well over $300 in tests. It was very clear to me they were interested in selling me things my pup likely didn't need, not interested in helping my sick puppy. I walked out and will never walk back into that Banfield location ever again.
