I’d give 0 if I could I have gone here for five plus years and unltil his previous doctor left we had no issue. I come back for one appointment and they are trying to tell me my cat who is too nervous to use the bathroom at vets and is very anxious and quite when scared, gave them a poop sample. They tried to tell me that my cat had diarrhea which was NEVER mentioned when I picked him up and then proceeded to try to tell me he had tested positive for round worm. I specifically asked them to leave him in his crate as that’s where he feels most comfortable and not to feed him anything. According to the vet and the clinic they collected a sample from the corner of the cage and all this tells me is that they not only are NOT cleaning their cages but not listening to pet owners and the asks of their pets to ensure the pets are comfortables I took my cat elsewhere because they tried to lie to me and he tested negative at an actual vet who sent a collection kit home educated me on what was needed and ensured I knew not to do it myself as I’m pregnant and can’t be near cat litter. The entire situation is miss handled and genuinely needs the ENTIRE staff replaced if this is how they handle the situation. Especially when an owner questions it when they know their pet. Don’t even get me started on trying to cancel the stupid membership and “care plan” they offer just take your money to an actual vet and get them checked their this is basically a pop up shop for pet mistreatment and aggressive handling. There’s so much more my family has experienced in the past few months with them I’m astonished they are still in business.

Beware ! We got the puppy package and never have been able to see or speak with the vet. The online vet they boast about is also a big joke they can’t see your dogs records and you can gather more information through google. You can only talk to the vet tech. Our dog was having some possible allergy symptoms I wanted to discuss with the vet and I had to relay to the tech she immediately said oh that’s allergies we can give a shot it costs about $60 a month. I said well I don’t know anything about that injection I need to know side effects etc and wanted to speak to the vet, that was not an option. I said no to the shot and then never had any feedback from vet as how to approach it! It was like being in the wizard of oz, is there really a vet back there. Keep in mind this was all discussed right out in the lobby by their check in desk. If you’re looking for a payment plan for vaccines it’s ok but if you’re looking for a vet and ability to discuss issues then DO NOT GO HERE! I was later informed by the office manager we can’t go back due to Covid, when no one was wearing a mask and the vet tech was literally standing next to me talking ! Hmmm

Been coming here for years, but they are severely understaffed. Please hire more front desk people!!
