  Start off by calling us and telling us they don't know how we got scheduled at the time we got scheduled it but they're closing early and they need us to come in early. We agreed and brought bear in within an hour. Called to check on bear approx 2 hours later and they said he would be ready shortly so we made our way over to pick him up. When I knelt down to pet him I noticed he was covered in hair and patchy. The lady behind the counter went on to make a comment about how they cut and cut his hair on his head because she was grunting. Got them into the car and My wife commented on how horrible he looked and asked if Ray charles cut his hair. I called and asked for the manager and explain to her what had happened and she told me if I wanted to bring him back she would blow him off. I'll let her know I would pass she didn't say anything about taking care of the choppy haircut. He looks considerably worse than when we tried to cut him.

  I was very disappointed in the cut of my dog. There was no shape to her face and head. It was very roughly cut. Plus I found a really shaved inner leg that was too close to the skin. When I got home, I had to go over her face and head to straighten it out and her ears also.

  This location really deserves no stars. Took my Yorkie to be groomed a few weeks ago to be groomed but was told his vaccinations needed to be updated (understandable). Rescheduled, asked the groomer if there was anything I could give him to help with his anxiety the next time I brought him in because he doesn’t enjoy it. She suggested asking for something over the counter or something from the vet. I got a Rx from the vet when I took him to update his vaccinations. I gave him the anxiety med the night before as instructed and went for our 11am appointment. He still was a little anxious when they took him so I told them that he had been given something to help him so he should be okay. They immediately said if he was on medication they couldn’t do it. I told them that one of their own groomers had suggested it and then they said he had to have taken it at least 12 hours before which I told them he had! They still refused to do it! Had horrible attitudes and very unprofessional! I informed them they were rude, wasted my time and I would not be back! Had already been informed by a friend who had taken her dog there that they did a butcher job on her Yorkie and were rude but thought it surely couldn’t be that bad! It was!!!!’

  My dogs came back happy and looking good. They seem to be happy not nervous at all
