- STShane TilleryApr 9, 20261.0So this is the second time I have left this review evidently the first one got removed somehow or another. After making an appointment to have our dog shaved they called us 2 hours before the appointment and asked us to bring him in early that they had made a mistake making the appointment that late. We brought our dog in within the hr. I called 2 hours later to check on the status because we was in the area just curious if we could pick him up and she said he would be ready in 30 minutes. We got the call approximately 20 minutes later to pick him up when I went inside I noticed that he looked very choppy. Ran my hand through him and noticed it was full of hair. The lady behind the counter started talking about how she couldn't get it done properly. By the way they don't let you see the dog until you pay. Or would not have paid for the choppy mess that we got. Called back to explain what had happened and she asked if I wanted to bring him back so they could blow dry him. They lack of professionalism coming from this store is unreasonable.

- CSClay StyerMar 17, 20265.0We left PetSmart Waco, after arriving 30 minutes prior to close because they refused to sell my 10 year old daughter a hamster. We drove directly to PetCo Waco and Jared and Marina took excellent care of us! Jared walked us around and helped us get everything we needed for the Hamster and Marina waited patiently as our daughter counted out $27 in change. Suffice to say, we will never shop at PetSmart Waco again and will always come to PetCo!
