- PRPatty RobledoAug 25, 20251.0We’ve gone to the groomers 3 times and this last one was horrible. Groomer was extremely rude & no time was taken with our Bernadoodle. From the drop off to the pick up notification, an hour, that’s being generous. The groomer said she spent alot of time on her. Our dog was stressed when we picked her up & all through the evening. Our groomer was Lauren & DO NOT RECOMMEND her services at all. She called me nonstop to hurry & pick up & when we arrived, she said she was about to charge us another fee. Her bad day was clearly taken out on my innocent dog.
- MSMadison SpiveySep 1, 20241.0Do NOT recommend!! I took my dog in for her appointment that was set for 11 am. I didn’t get my dog back until 6 pm. And that was because we went and picked her up EARLY. In those 7 hours, she only had gotten a bath and some of her left leg cut.
