  I just want you to be aware of one of your employee's thoughts and feelings towards a certain event that recently took place. She apparently feels that the actions taken against Renee Good were justifiable, and even make a nasty comment about her getting "shot between the eyes," and asking how it felt. I just want you to be aware what kind of people are working for your company, as I don't believe someone with that mentality should be around living creatures. I certainly wouldn't trust her with my pet. Her name is Robin Mackley, and she works as a dog trainer at your Waco, Texas store.

  I bought a very expensive snake from here and asked for it to be double boxed and taped so that it wouldn’t get out because I have had bad experiences with the snake boxes before and so I left the store confident. I didn’t make it out of town before my wife told me that the box felt too light and I needed to check it. Not only did it not have a second box but it also was not taped. Needless to say the snake got out while I was driving and I have yet to find it I have set out many heat and food traps inside my truck and no luck so far. I called the night it happened and was told that I was out of luck because they know the snake was in the box because the workers were playing with it at the register, I honestly don’t even know if it even ended up coming to the truck with me because like I said I thought the box inside the big box was taped. I just hope that it’s not in my truck at this point so that a 500 dollar snake dying doesn’t turn into a mechanic bill as well. I am never shopping at this Petco again and strongly recommend avoiding it at all cost.

  We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Petco. Our cat is extremely picky, and after trying multiple brands, the kitty litter we purchase from Petco is the only one she truly loves and consistently uses without issue. The quality is excellent, it helps control odors, and cleanup is much easier than with other litters we’ve tried. The store is always clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate, and the staff is friendly and helpful when we have questions. Petco has become our go-to place for pet supplies, and we genuinely trust them to carry products that make both pets and owners happy. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for reliable, quality products.

  There was a young lady in the fish department that helped me with my Cat who had an infection in his eye. The Animal Clinic Hospital couldn't see him until this Monday Jan.5, 2026. The medication has helped my Cat. His eye has started draining! She helped me out!
