The female so called herself, (doctor) said my doggie needed an xray. Funds were short, I hesitated and then she said or euthanize and laughed about it.I have been trying to forget it nd I can't! No empathy.

Brought my cat in here for an ear infection on the 3rd of September, they did an exam to determine if it was mites or an infection, to which they came to the conclusion that it was an infection. The vet tech was amazing and very helpful and kind, especially when talking about finances, but the actual vet herself was very rude. I had asked if I could get the medicine elsewhere since they were selling the medicine my cat needed for over double the price of anywhere else, and she made me feel bad about it, though I couldn’t really afford the medicine from them specifically. Fast forward to today, September 24th, I have noticed my cats ears are filthy again and he is shaking his head and scratching his ears again after paying $200 at the clinic thinking that would fix it. I did everything I needed to, I cleaned his ears once a week and used his ear drops twice a day, ensuring the medicine was going all the way in and using enough for it to of worked. I called today to let them know that after paying them to treat my cat and their treatment literally didn’t work at all, they said I would need to repay just for them to look again. I understand having to pay for more medication, but I should not have to pay AGAIN for their mistake of not diagnosing my cat right, especially after paying them to test if he had mites or an ear infection, just for them to give me medicine that supposedly treats both. They seem more money hungry than anything. Our vet tech was amazing though and did such a great job at explaining everything and making sure we felt comfortable with what we were doing.

I love these guys! My cat? Maybe slightly less so, but that’s because he has to grudgingly admit that going to the vet does actually make him feel better. The doctors are personable, knowledgeable and friendly, the vet techs are great and patient, and really work to make sure both humans and pets are comfortable. We’ve been able to get appointments quickly as needed. They also are very transparent with pricing and working with you to make sure you get exactly what your pet needs but not more.

Beware of the wellness plan scam they talk you into signing but failed to mention if you don’t want it after 30 days-you’re still obligated to pay the full year or they will send you to a collection agency! One x-ray to view, my dogs shoulder would have cost me $400-$600, I don’t see the benefit of that plan!! I just want out. I wish I never set foot in that place PLEASE CANCEL
