Your store has many salt water fish dead in your tanks, but I figured with a guarantee it was safe to make the purchase and take a chance. I was told that once the fish leaves the store tough luck. I have 5 reef tanks and offered to provide a water sample to test. It didn't matter. I was told that no LFS offers a guarantee which is a bunch of crap!

I was charged $66 for bathing clipping $10 for scissoring 5.99 for equipment use. After a $10 tip all told most a hundred dollars. I think the thing that bothers me the most is all the add ons. Plus he isn’t a med size dog. I took my friend’s dog, half Australian shepherd/poodle and 3to 4 times bigger and she paid less than I did. Groomers are sweet girls, I’m sure they gave to meet a quota. I will be doing my own grooming now.

Then talked to the cashier which seemed as she was running the entire store by herself and she was getting someone to come help. No help showed up! Seems like this is the normal here.
