I brought our cat in about 3 years ago. Told them I was concerned because she wasn't eating and had started peeing outside the litter box. Their advice was move the litter box somewhere else because she obviously didn't like it there and just find her a different kind of food. I asked if they could run any tests to find out what might be wrong, I was told there was no need because there was nothing wrong. They still charged me a lot for doing nothing. She kept getting worse over the next few weeks a took her to a different vet. They ran tests and found out she had FIV. They put her on medication and iron supplements and said it wasn't curable but this could help her live a normal life. She died 2 weeks later and I wonder if things would have been different if that first vet had actually wanted to do her job. I will never come back and give my business nor will I refer anyone to you. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
