I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel other pet owners should be aware of my experience. I dropped off my recently adopted puppy for a scheduled neuter at 7:35 AM. My adoption paperwork instructed me to pick him up between 5–6 PM, so I planned to arrive at 5:00. At 3:20 PM I received a call saying they were running behind on surgeries and my dog had not yet been started. I was then asked to pick him up at 6:00 PM so he would have more time to recover from anesthesia. Based on that I adjusted my time leaving work. While on my way, GPS showed I would arrive around 6:05–6:07 due to traffic. I received a call stating that if I was not there by 6:07 they would leave, give my dog water, and board him overnight. I explained I was only a few minutes away. I arrived at 6:05 and the clinic lights were already off, with a small light on in a hallway and 4/5 staff members at the desk area in the dark. I felt rushed through discharge instructions, and I was told to call the next day if I had questions. I was also informed I could not purchase a cone because the register had already been closed something I wish had been communicated when I dropped him off and signed forms. My main concern is the communication. I followed the time I was given (6:00 PM), yet I was threatened with overnight boarding for being only minutes late after their schedule had already been delayed. A simple explanation of strict closing procedures or pickup deadlines earlier in the day would have prevented this situation entirely. The veterinarian I’ve seen here previously was kind, but this particular discharge experience was stressful and poorly handled. I hope the clinic improves communication and compassion with pet owners in the future. I will most definitely NOT be going back here.

This place used to be great I don't know what happened. They are very unkind and are more focused on what they can charge you for vs what your pet really needs. Sad that I'll have to find somewhere else to go.

We love Angel’s for so many reasons. At first we tried Angel’s because it was the closest to our home. But we have kept going because they are so amazing with all our pups from our tiny chiweenie puppy to our aging dapper dachshund and my timid border colllie. They always have quick availability and we haven’t found a vet with better affordability which is truly priceless these days!!

Incompetent staff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't deserve any stars. I will never take any of my animals to this location ever again. After charging outrageous fees to diagnosis my very sick cat, they could not give me any more information then I gave them when I brought him in. Supposedly they did blood work but could not determine any causes, after sedating him to do so. $$$ Then prescribed him with antibiotic, steroid and nausea meds and he got worse over night. Almost died. Took him to a different vet hospital and they have given him IV fluids and done proper blood work and he is doing 100% better. Still not at his best but has received the proper care needed. This is not the first time dealing with incompetence and failure at Angels Pet Hospital. All my family members who were using them have now changed to a new vet.

I had to have my best friend put to rest today. He was the best cat ever. His name is Biggie Smalls and he has part of my soul. Angels Pet Hospital was so delicate and sweet to him and comforting to me.
