- LRLizz RangelOct 27, 20255.0Elizabeth is truly the best! Elizabeth has been grooming my sweet Benny for almost 4 years, and I can honestly say she’s the only person I completely trust with him. She takes care of everything — his baths, haircuts, and overall grooming — and she always does it with so much love and patience. Benny absolutely adores her! he always comes back looking adorable, clean, and happy. You can tell Elizabeth genuinely loves what she does and treats every dog as if they were her own. Finding someone who cares that much and is so consistent is rare these days. I’m so grateful for her and all the care she’s given Benny over the years. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants their furry baby to be in the best hands possible! ❤️🐶🐾

There is apparently a $10 fee for cutting that isn’t included in the advertised wash and cut price. There is also a $5.99 fee for supplies/equipment. I was also given a vacation package that I’m pretty sure I didn’t request. All in all a decent experience but probably won’t be back because of the surprise costs that would have been easy to advertise on the front end. I’m sure PetCo has it on their website somewhere but it didn’t seem clear to me. Feels like the wash/cut package would just be priced to cover all aspects of wash/cut.
